Pre-assembled aluminium posts with a satin-anodised finish. OnLevel’s 3-step installation philosophy makes PiKasso 40 minutes faster per post than conventional systems — and lighter, slimmer, and more cost-effective than stainless equivalents.
A typical 6-metre PiKasso run includes the components below, pre-assembled at the OnLevel factory in Europe and finished, fixed and installed by SWR in the UK. KRONOS clamps come pre-fitted in the extended-version posts, saving up to 40 minutes per post compared to conventional systems.
Pre-assembled 50×50mm aluminium posts with satin-anodised finish. Pre-drilled threads for clamping fixtures.
OnLevel KRONOS adjustable clamping system, pre-assembled within the post in the extended version.
10mm or 13.52mm laminated toughened glass panels, cut and edge-polished to your run dimensions.
Aluminium or stainless top rail, mitred and joined at corners. Specify “with” or “without” at quote stage.
OnLevel-specified anchors for concrete, timber or steel substrates. M10 bolts, stainless.

A recent commercial residential project specifying PiKasso across 32 first-floor balconies. The build programme couldn’t accommodate a stainless modular system without slipping by a fortnight — the OnLevel pre-assembly philosophy got the install team in and out in two days.
OnLevel-supplied posts arrived from the factory in Germany with KRONOS clamps already pre-fitted. SWR fabricated the UK-specific base anchors and handled the install. Project-specific structural calcs were signed off at quote stage.
Material, installation speed and cost. PiKasso uses precision-engineered aluminium rather than stainless steel — significantly lighter and more cost-effective while still being fully tested and load rated. The posts arrive fully assembled with clamps pre-fitted, so there’s no on-site fabrication required. And because PiKasso is held in stock for next day delivery, there are no lead time delays. For projects where stainless steel is not a hard requirement, PiKasso delivers the same clean glass post aesthetic at lower cost and faster.
PiKasso is compatible with 10mm and 13.52mm toughened glass as standard. Glass panels are supplied cut to your specified dimensions. Confirm your panel sizes at quote stage and we’ll supply glass matched to the PiKasso clamp specification.
Yes. PiKasso is suitable for both internal and external applications. The satin anodized aluminium finish is weather resistant and suitable for outdoor environments. For coastal or highly corrosive environments, confirm your location at quote stage and the team will advise on any additional treatment or alternative specification.
Fix the pre-assembled posts to the floor substrate. Set the toughened glass panels into the pre-fitted clamps. Finish with a top rail if specified. That’s it. No welding, no specialist fabrication, no complex on-site adjustments. A competent general contractor can install a complete PiKasso system without specialist trades. Full installation documentation is supplied with every order.
Yes. Satin anodized finish is standard across the full range. Powder coat is available in custom RAL colours for projects where a specific colour match is required — ideal for commercial projects, hospitality venues and residential projects with a defined colour scheme. Confirm your RAL reference at quote stage.
Tell us your run length, glass thickness, finish preference and application — internal or external, residential or commercial — and we’ll come back with a full PiKasso component list and price. In stock, next day delivery available.
